yes.. its still breathing.. =)
there's too much happenings.. too busy to update also.
anyway,blogging and surfing is much more easier now with my wireless broadband.
great thanks to my dear boyfriend who cracked his brain cells off to fix it just for me.
ohh... how sweet & intelligent he is.. i flattered u a little bit k.. haha...
having u to work with StarHub customer service few years back was indeed a bonus..
it does help when it comes to matter like this..
yah...i noe when it comes to I.T stuff,i'm totally clueless and brain-dead.. Sorry..!
oh yes... i bought a HP Mini Notebook last month. decided to invest on a new one.
life is much much handy now...

its just days before hari raya.
and time is seriously running like tap water nowadays. gosh!
fortunately,most of the errands at home are nearly cleared..
i decided to revamp my room this year with a new mix & match furnitures from IKEA.
and i upgraded my single bed to a queen size one.. haha.. now i have more space to roll on bed!
ok,what a lame reason....
and i painted my room Pistachio green! credits to my father & brother who worked that out.
i chose green to create a soothing ambience..
there... i invest again... anyway,i find that it is something necessary for me to just make a change.
its been years i never get my wall painted..
this year,me & mama were a bit on with raya preparations..
mayb because we went mellow last year after my grandfather passed away..
it was totally different ever since he's not around.
yet,till now i had random tears falling on my cheeks whenever i think about him.
he's just there,stood still in our mind & deeply missed..
May Allah bless him in the afterlife. AMIN.

alright,i think its enough for now..
wants to catch some sleep before heading off to Geylang Sipaku Geylang later with my family.
gosh.... the crowded,humid & exhausted environment...
nevermind,it happened just once in a year. endure!

now i knew how it felt like when John Lennon sudden death take place in 1980.
same goes with death of elvis presley & jimi hendrix..
they were somebody real big in history.
they made the difference.
and they will forever be heard.
sadly,they died early. far too early..
when people are still craving for their art.
yet,their songs were still people's personal favourites.
be it from the young and old.
i played lennon's & jimi hendrix's songs for gazillions times.
and yet i am never bored of it. never.
they made such a great impact.
however their life are not as wonderful as their music.
they suffered & goes through rough & tough behind their blankets.
and yet nobody knows & nobody cares until they closed their eyes.
i understand how their fans screamed & cried like psycotics on their show.
how i wished i'm part of that psychotic fan.
they made your hair stand when you heard them & turns you crazy.
that made them special.
they are legendary.

this was merely 2 years back when we attended an orientation tingy.

we have those just-employed faces in us.

and we are still wearing the previous CGH uniform

which had been revamped soon after we joined..

we are the batch that tasted a little bit of the old & new uniform.. cool. hah.

we grew up together and 2nd from the right

was already someone's wife and 2.5 months pregnant.. congrats nurul..=)

and extreme left is in NYP taking her diploma..

gosh... how much things change around me.. making me feel a little bit old.

one by one getting engage,married & become a mother..

this is reality fact. and future lay just ahead of me & its getting nearer..

only God knows maybe my turn will be soon...

maturity. that is certainly the appropriate word to describe everything.

the SRP course also known as Skills Redevelopment Programme reunite us back.

getting to meet my ITE batch girls that I use to be with,

there's a whole lot of things to talk about and it just feel great to be able to catch up again..

farhana & suaidah. my two friends that brought back a handful of memories.

back during campus time & attachment days..

i remembered how we use to be very close

and did waitress-ing job in the F&B line together. those days.......

however,they are still there.. kept & sealed close my heart.

its hard to express how much i missed them..

the latest swine flu attack.

far much more worst than Sars. its like 3 in 1 flu viruses combines together.

and its damn scary.

how i could recall the last time when world went chaotic by the pandemic flu.

Sars was way back then a few years back when im still in secondary school.

still naive,don't really understand the overall picture.

still childish and all i could remember was one fine evening i woke up

and watched ChannelNewsAsia and seeing the latest news column stated...

"All school closed for 2 weeks"

and i felt puzzled but at the same time jumping for joy.

2 weeks of no schooling.. it is so rare.

it totally different now.

i have yet to face up with the biggest challenge.

furthermore as a medical staff.

i have yet to experience the real thing happening & i'm part of it.

all masked up at work now. hopefully not PPE in future.

its just exhausting.

and i'm struck with a flu now too. pretty bad,but certainly not a swine flu ya!

from green to orange alert. that's a worried fact.

whats the world becoming...?

hopefully not another Sars this time.

gosh,anah mentioned this like a dozen times huh.. get that on ur bloody head.

mayb i'll do it once in a blue blue purplish moon. haha..

'Rolls','Birthday With Friends' & 'The Big Wave' are my personal favourites. Not because the bassist of the band is my lover but for the love of music & to me u guys are talented individuals.

"fun" is something that provides mirth or amusement,
enjoyment or playfulness..
fun to me doesn't need lots of cash in your pocket..
fun doesn't need a huge crowd..
fun just need you to be with those people you're comfortable with..
the people that can make your day from a dull to a bright one on random basis.

so what's my version of fun??
1. its when i'm out with sweetheart on a Saturday chilling on a peaceful place, have a decent dinner & having sips of coffee at Starbucks & not forgetting my Oreo cheese cake.
2. when i'm out with my girlfriends or any other great khakis just to talk craps,be playful & laugh like nobody business.

3. its when i just got my pay on the 25th of every month & went out doing window-shopping & at the same time grabbing those stuff i'm attracted to with a budget on my mind.
4. when i recuperate at home,freshen up,rolling on the bed on a rainy day feeling the cool & breeze air accompanied by my favourite songs plug in my eardrums & doze off to take some nap.
5. when somebody plans for an early in the morning outing at the beach to swim,sun-tanned or even cycling that drags you up to the whole evening.
6. have a simple evening with my favourite ice-cream or chocolate.
7. a budget outing with not much cash in hand except for a camera & many many poses & pictures that makes me look great & happening with the people around me.
8. a family gathering at my grandma's place on random weekends & a family outing to a good makan place that drags me to the next morning.
9. random meet-up session with friends that you can talk about anything under the sun.
10. an acoustic mood with sweetheart playing his guitar by the beach & singing to random songs that makes you feel that the world is yours.

and the list goes on with me still finding my "fun" definitions,with the people i adore, the people i love to hang-out with.. the person i called 'lover' & the people i called 'friends'. thanks for being part of my fun.

these are part of my flaws and i don't hesitate to admit it.

1. i like to crushed ice-cubes in my mouth.

2. i will fall asleep for less than an hour when i came back from work on weekdays.

3. i like to bath near to the time when i'm goin out on weekends.

4. i like to bite my boyfriend's shoulder,hands,nose & ears.

5. i love to squeeze my pimples (and i'm kicking that habit!)

6. i will off my alarm & go for at least 5-10 mins nap & end up going to work late.

7. i'm fickled-minded especially on shopping.

8. i don't like to drink plain water.

9. i sounds harsh at times while actually i'm just joking.

10. i'm a fashion critic.

so far,i've tried on it thrice & i will go for it again and again..

what is it?

Oreo layered biscuit

topped with 2 flavoured ice-creams

Chocolate sauce & Powdered Oreos..

remarks: the taste was all blend to melt in the mouth.

and i feel like banging my head on the wall when i taste it..

Waffles with Ice-Creams at Gelare.

what is it?

chocolate chip flavoured waffle with

all-in-one chocolate chip & chocolate overload ice creams

whipped cream & chocolate Sauce..

remarks: the waffle is semi-hot when served

& it just goes well with the ice-creams on it.

and it just makes me close my eyes & goes... "hmmmm....."

its undescribable.

its pure heaven.

it keeps me drooling. and i'm drooling now.

it was a peaceful afternoon. met the lover.

there's this piece of empty land & space just right in front of s'pore flyer.

its temporarily bare & the road stretch was where the previous F1 event was held.

and so,marina by the bay tingy is back with seaside seeing.

looks romantic. and we wanna be part of it.

and that place. oh ya,it flashed memories

when i'm still dating mr.ashri few months ago.

one time,we have a long talking session that lasted till 12 midnight!!

gosh! and both had to take cab home. we are still love-denials back then. heh.

ok.. enough of my reminiscence.

unfortunate me. i was bitten by stupid ants yesterday! shitty.

let me tell you how super frustrated i am seh. ouch-ing pain.

my bf got bitten first on his left calf.

they crawled on my back & bites me like hell. ohh god.

i started jumping around & hopping like a stupid fool.

it was a damn teruk experience ever.

i even used the hand dryer at the toilet,

anah is trying her best to reduce & in fact to vanish her dark circles NOW!!
which i don't think i can work that magic out in a short period of time.
i just noticed that i have this dark circles since childhood.
after browsing through my childhood photo albums. i'm actually born with it lah.
people keep on saying that i look tired & droopy with my eyes like that.
which i think i am. heehee... =p
plus the super cute & BIG eyes i have. i just look cuter kan?? haha...
so the perasan sia... and people keep on asking me whether i have enough sleep or not.
dah aku tak boleh tido,nak buat macam mane seh..
ok,the stubborn me at times i do sleep till wee hours..
especially during my getting-to-know days with laling last few months.
ohh gawd,i can sleep like for 1 fucking hour & off to work after that tau.. bionic kan? thats what he called me ar.. and thanks eh sayang.. heh. =p
da aku macam 'zombie kampung pisang' at workplace. it feels shitty seh.
but it still manageable.
and i'm having insomnia too randomly. it just strikes like nobody business.
anyhoos,i just don't give a fuck at times.
the art of concealer partly free me from the worries. ok,i know i should not really depend on it.
i try ok.. i try.. and i will keep on trying..
no matter what it is. i'm not the only one mah.. relax lah anah.
just look on your very best & look good when you're out. that's me. =)

we went for a korean dining last week.

fresh bulgoggi. have u heard of it?? its at changi airport terminal 2.

i came across this restaurant when i went for a fish&co. dinner

with my bro & cuzz back then on one of the days.

the place uses black & green as a theme color. sort of cool ya...

and i never ever have a taste of korean food before.

as usual,i'm always up for dining. be it any place.

we should always try new kinds of food.

especially when you live on this pathetic island.

ders nothing but food. booorrringgg.....

i went with my mr.sweet darling. he's damn tired soul still on to accompany me to eat.

i made him full & i made him far much more sleepy after a good dinner. wonderful. =p

in which they said that its good for health.

ok ders a bit of info sharing session here, do you know that korean people have the lowest amount of people getting cancer & other diseases due to eating kimchi.

interesting right.. and i have no idea how this food does that.

it taste quite nice. pickle taste,sweet & sour kind of vegetables.

all are very new to me.

anyway,japanese food is still on top of my list. period.

motivational talk held at s'pore polytechnic on sunday afternoon.

its a successor talk on how we could motivate ourself to be a better individual.

thinking positively & think of ways to be successful. a good one indeed.

partly talking about some sort of business whom all of them are involved in.

they have plans in which i'm going to go in detail with some other day with my friend.

since the speakers hardly come here in s'pore,i should not gave this talk a miss.

thanks to miss ivy kwan. she's just good in this kind of ting.

and its a payable talk mind you.

so ya,at least i'm able to gain good knowledge on how they handle life.

me & afiqah left a little bit earlier for our break fast tingy.

and both of us manage to camwhore in S.P that evening.

mind you,i've never been to s'pore polytechnic before in my entire life.

and this is the time then. with camera in my hands,you know what i like to do best. =p

i was indeed suprised when i saw this Magnolia ice-cream vending machine.

located at the engineering block. how great & cool it is.. ice creams!!!!!

omg.. they should put this machine at my workplace.

so that i can grow fat eating different flavoured ice-creams day by day.. hehe... =p

its heavenly for people that are always looking for desserts.

and its helps in stress-reduction based on my theory.

me & afiqah. both have been on with something that we had planned for.

and i saw this word called 'zuckerfest' on one of the festive lights.

and its actually,'selamat hari raya' in other language.

in which i got to know from one of laling's friend. doesnt got to do with sucker or whatsoever.

i tried putting fake eyelashes that day.

despite the uneasy feeling on my eyelids. i just have to get use to it. period.

we went sheesha-ing at nasrin. and arab street was quite peaceful that night.

we planned for sheesha since the beginning of the week.

zah should be joining but unfortunately she have to go on with her family outing.

so ya... its just me & afiqah. still on.

it sounds lame maybe when its just the two of us who made it.

but actuali its not. we talked & laughed our hearts out.

mid-autumn festival. also known as mooncake festival.

its after work and miss ivy kwan insisted me to followed her to takashimaya.

omg! takashimaya with nursing uniforms!

thats for real and ya.. 3 of us never gave a damn about it.

i disagreed at 1st but ivy still insisted. ok lorr...... =p

emily was with us too. finally.

its hard to ask her out. seriously.

there's dozens dozens & dozens of mooncakes. a big mooncake fiesta!

and now i get to know that they have it every year at takashimaya.

mooncakes made from different places.

from high-class hotels to custom made companies. plenty of varieties.

mooncakes comes in different types.

they have snow skin,typical,pastries & various contents.

chocolates,durians and ya,lots more. .

mooncakes are getting modernize & interesting nowadays.

aniwae.,i can't eat that much coz it taste sweet and too sweet at times.

after walking back n forth, we went to Pepper Lunch for dinner.

i had chicken black pepper rice. my Pepper dinner was great!

and i topped it up with cheese! heavenly good rite!

me and darling on BayBeats '08 at the esplanade.
29th,30th & 31st august. its been on for three days.
both of us made it on the 30th. while he made it on 30th & 31st.
its where musicians got together.
fabulous performances by local & some other bands around the world.
makes me believe that local bands can produce good musics too. seriously good.
and yes,my sweetest drug here is so engrossed with this music tingy..
making & playing music. thats what he like to do the best.
and i don't call him 'indie rockstar' for nothing. coz he rocks my socks like there's no other!
and he made me feel that music is something you have to explore & appreciate.
he met his group of musician friends there and at least i got to know some of them. cool..
'electrico' is in the house at 9plus that night and they are super uber awesome!
&& i envy female drummers!! they beats the hell up like walaueh i want to be in their shoes can!
shit. i don't know how to play drums. so sad.. =(
i tried to play music and the best experience is.. i ever broke a string of my friend's acoustic guitar when i strummed it a bit faster pretending that i'm like ohh-so-cool while i'm not.
haha. shitty. i felt stupid here. damn it! =p
maybe i'm more to enjoying music rather than playing music. pardon me.

but it was back then when we are still kids,naive,naughty & playful.

not now. we are all grown-ups.

my 17 turning 18 years old brother is my best friend.

aminur rashid bin eksan. the one & only precious brother i have.

i always remembers what my mum said...

tak banyak adik beradik.. korang dua je anak mama.

kalau mama & abah dah takde lagi,

i felt touched & bit emotional when i heard her saying that.

mama,i will always take care & love my brother.

he's 4 years younger than me. and yet we can talked about

anithing-under-the-sun..

this kakak & adik here are indeed close.

when it comes to school,personal & leisure stuff.

much likely we advise each other.

and back at home, we always sat on each other's room talking & laughing craps.

he's annoying & crappy. just like me. =p

going random,i went to bugis to shop for his stuff yesterday.

since he wanted to. i decided to accompany him.

and yes..this sister paid for everything! hah!

i don't know why i like to pamper my brother at times.

and its not suprising when people thought that he is my Boyfriend! OMG.

especially when we walked together in public..

it just happened yesterday. the 22nd August '08.
i was in black & gold.
it was an awesome night partying till the wee hours!
and yes,i did told my dear mum that i'll be home late & my darling permitted me.
how great can that be.. thank you.
it was JCIA party. and i gonna received 300 bucks
creditted to my account on the next pay!! jump for joy people!
CGH won the JCIA accreditation and
that's the reason why we party & got the 300 bucks in.

it was last last friday. i had a meet-up session with the Gfs.

E-Hub..sort of our new base. despite the busy busy schedules.

we 3 made it possible. and i missed my Gfs badly especially farhana.

its rather a simple meet-up. dinner at Mc'D and laugh-out-loud session.

gossipings,life juices,the latest buzz & the list goes on... =p

practically,thats what woman usually talked about besides girl talk tingy..

and we so gonna meet each other again for shopping spree day perhaps..

sidetracking now,i went all the way to bedok camp.

for the very 1st time i know where bedok army camp is..

darling have to went for his R.T exercise there.

ok cut the crap.. he & me on 50/50 to buy this awesome stuff.
Exilim EX-Z80.. my latest gadget. its 8.1 megapixel.
im actually eyeing on sony T2 cybershot BUT i end up choosing this.
because of the function wise. which indeed far much more better than cybershot.
and i got the salesman point and i know he's not psycho-ing me.
based on real facts & eye evidence, he really got the point.
ok for those who are intending to buy digicam,here's some tips for u guys...
-built in lenses tends to spoil faster & the image will be blur upon shaking compared to protruding lenses
-touch screen digicams are cool & awesome but as time goes by,the screen will get worn out or even crack and to replace it,it worth hundreds of dollars
-don't buy a digicam for style purpose,buy it based on functionalities
credits to mr.salesman at funan IT mall.. i forgot to ask his name.
however i knew he's not the gimmick type..
soo.......im gonna be back with my camwhoring & photography moods!

happy nurses day!

yesterday was 1st august and its Nurses Day!
nursing had been my profession for about a year plus..
and so,i learned a lot in this jobscope that i'm in.
let me describe 'Nursing' in my own way....
N- never fails to smile though ur nasty patients pissed u off the day
U- understanding people's attitude from A-Z
R- reminding patients to take care of themself while nurses ourself never give a F**k
S- smile and smile and keep on Smiling to your patients =)
I- incredibles or well said The Incredibles.. ohh yes,nurses worked equally hard to save their pts
N- never gave up no matter hw people cursed u, bitched about u & hate u
G- giving the most comfortable & best nursing care to the patients through good & bad times
nursing works both ways.. i do enjoy and i do hate it at times.
the most i learn about are responsibilities, disciplines & professionalism.
and i am honoured when comes to patients giving & showing their sense of appreciations to us nurses..

and these is just part of my nursing colleagues. emily & diah.. love u.
camwhoring just for the sake of fun! heehee... =p
this year's nurses day food was awesome.
however the celebration in CGH was not up to that FUN standard.
my clinic was damn busy in the morning time.
fortunately not busy at all in the afternoon.
staff nurse rebecca & ratna was not around.
so we sort of not having the whole of 'G' clinic family that day.
perhaps this coming monday we will be having some fun together.
dr.wang yi shi & gavin bought us some chocolates.
so we ended friday afternoon with chocolates! despite my flu..
and lastly... i am proud to be a Nurse! haha....

together we make it people... i love my 'G' colleagues..

and i deeply missed my attachments friends..

P.S: i am goin to spend my weekends well this week.. =) wait for my juices! =p
